Cancellation Policy

Absentee, Makeups, Refunds If you/your child is going to be absent from class, please inform us by emailing theclimbcircusarts@gmail.com. Each class enrollment will be entitled to one makeup per session. The makeup day will be the first week after a session ends at a to-be-determined time on an as needed basis. The makeup class times will be announced 2 weeks prior to the end of the session. If available, open gym time slots can be used to honor a makeup class (adults only 18+). We do not prorate or refund for missed classes. Inclement Weather Mother nature is unpredictable–we wish we could allot for all rainstorms, hurricanes, snowstorms, downed wires, power outages, etc.–but it has just proven too difficult. We cannot refund for weather closures. Attire Ground: Students should wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. Aerial Attire: No jeans, zippers or buckles–strictly enforced. Please check for hidden zippers and buttons, as they can rip our silks Shirts should tuck in if not tight fitted. Hair longer than chin length must be tied back and secured. No jewelry for all classes both ground and aerial. Post earrings are fine. *Recommendations: Leggings or tights that cover the backs of the knees, leotards or fitted tops that can be tucked in (the tighter the better for avoiding getting caught on the apparatus), a pair of socks and a long sleeve shirt in case of rope/silk burn. *Please note, if you choose to wear a sports bra in lieu of a shirt, it must be an athletic bra designed for athletic activity. Communication We have an open door policy at The Climb Circus Arts, and encourage parents and students to reach out with any feedback, questions, or concerns. We also love to hear what you or your child are enjoying! Please never hesitate to email! Class Conduct Safety is our primary concern! For that reason, students must follow the safety rules. These rules will be discussed on the first day of class. Students are expected to be courteous and encouraging to classmates. Please, no gum or food during class. No one is allowed on any equipment when not in class and under an instructor’s supervision. Please also keep in mind, we are renting space from another entity and will be as respectful as possible to the space, people, and equipment that does not belong to us.
